We are back on track, after a busy summer looking at distributed
financing models and extracting the freshest fruits out of them, wich
will be compiled in a series of articles to be published soon on our
colab: http://www.youcoop.org

Meanwhile, time to get on the road again, participating to a few and
exciting events in Santiago de Compostela, El Masnou Barcelona and
Hong Kong.

10-12 of September


Platoniq will joing the talk show “Beyond cultural industries” in
the MaccInspire section on friday the 10th of September at 11 am at
the auditory of the Galician Centre of Contemporary Art.


On the same day, around 4.30 pm, we'll offer a "making of" of our Bank
of Common Knowlege BCK project at the Pobo Galego Museum of Santiago,
sharing our know how and show how easy it is to buid up local BCK


Macc 2010, which will be held under the banner "creative industries,
creative processes" coinciding with the Assembly of REDEL, the Network
of Agencies for Local Development. Macc is a multi-disciplinary

meeting which has as objective the dissemination and exchange of ideas
between artists, cultural agents, producers, businesses and
institutions, building an healthy and fruitful relationship between
art, economics and business.


PodCamp Barcelona

13th - 18th of September. Els Vienesos, calle de la Segarra, 12, El
Masnou (Barcelona)


PodCamp is an unconference dedicated to social media to encourage the
exchange of knowledge & experience in a participatory way, organized
by cataspanglish.

On the 18th of September, we will be talking about our research
project Goteo, a social network to collect funding through P2P
micro-donations and micro-credits. At the moment we are concentrating
on the design of the legal structure where the rights and obligations
of both donors and recipients of the micro-financing are clear for



Wikitopia: Hong Kong's First Tinyfest on Collaborative Future. Del

11-19 Septiembre 2010


Ignacio Garcia will introduce platoniq's project at Wikitopia: Hong
Kong's First Tinyfest on Collaborative Future as part of the DIWO Do
it With Others panel, looking at using art, technology and culture as
a base to explore open source & freeing data. Artists who have been
taking a collaborative DIWO approach in their art production will
share about their projects where peers connect and communicate,
creating controversies, structures and culture using both digital
networks and shared physical environments.


Wikitopia is organized by Videotage, the School of Creative Media and
the City University of Hong Kong.
