Global P2P governance experiment in development.

Came across a mathematical equation in 1976 that suggests the possibility of a coordinated bartering and sharing network that could supplant nation states and corporations as the chief governing experiments on the planet.

Our small all volunteer team is now most seriously considering using Clojure to make the initial experiment. It will be a scaled anonymity P2P VPN that is essentially chained conferences, the demographics of which are patterned to provide comprehensive coverage of the entire population with only small groups up to 10 by the end of each month. Consider it an ongoing environmental survey and assay system, with each human being considered a potential donor and participant. The demographics of the base mathematical equation provides this potential.

We've prepared a Google presentation document with a little background on the basic idea and a detailed spreadsheet of possible data arrays as well as mock-ups of potential interface screens seen on client computer or smart phone screens. It is at http://docs.google.com/present/view?id=dfwcztt3_54g967wgd7 .
