Hello James,

I agree action is needed, but how can the *we* ever determine what that action is?

The house is burning, but what shall *we* do to extinguish it?

I have some of my own ideas, but communicating them seems almost impossible.

If I told you what I think is wrong, and how I think we should act, wouldn't you just think I am a pompous ass and ignore me? That is the general impression I get from most people I try to talk to about this.

I want to work with others toward describing what is wrong and constructing a solution, but it seems like our egos keep getting in the way.

Please help me understand what *you* think the problem is so we can work together toward a mutually agreeable solution.
