I do want to create a certification framework, and I want to push for opening standards for product realisation (e.g. CE, UL etc). Kind of a tall order but I think this is possible to do. Sort of annoys me that the standards organisations sit on their ass and charge a huge pile of cash for out-of-date documents. This situation needs to be changed.

Should be able to use python dictionaries for this thing. I'm using a Macbook mainly with Leopard though have an XP machine in my home network for my family's use mainly. BOINC is interesting. I'm looking into it now.
